Seven BOMA/Chicago buildings were honored with the prestigious Office Building of the Year (TOBY) Award, at the annual TOBY Awards Gala, September 20, 2006.
Winning in the Category of 100,000 to 249,000 Square Feet was 211 West Wacker, managed by Ameritus, LLC and owned by Ameritus 211 West Wacker, LLC (along with the current office condominium owners).
