 Seth Tuscher
Managing Director
Seth is a Managing Director and a Corporate Real Estate Advisor with Ameritus. Seth specifically focuses on the acquisition/disposition of downtown Chicago Property and the creation and implementation of Tenant real estate strategies. Since 2001, Seth has been involved in over one hundred and fifty transactions with responsibilities ranging from managing an adaptive re-use of commercial real estate to the syndication of private capital . Seth's successful client representation history also includes leasing and consulting in office and industrial property. As a Native Chicagoan, Seth has extensive knowledge of the Chicagoland Real Estate Market.
Prior to joining Ameritus, Seth worked for CB Richard Ellis in Tenant Representation and Corporate Services.
