With a solid background in tenant representation dating back to the mid-1970s, Bert Scherb has managed more than 2,000 transactions. Having formed Midwest Realty Exchange, a full service Chicago-based realty operation, he subsequently sold his interest to Grubb & Ellis (an NYSE-listed company), and served as that firm's President for the Midwest Region and as a member of its Board of Directors.
He was responsible for Tenant Representation services at Frain Camins & Swartchild, a commercial brokerage firm. He is also the founder of the Chicago Office Leasing Brokers Association and served as its first President. Mr. Scherb has successfully developed over 1,000,000 square feet of office and industrial properties and is uniquely positioned to assist with the most basic or the most highly specialized needs.
